Research on Liquid Flow Rate Detection of Mixed Fluid Based on Vibration Signal Characteristic Analysis of Gas Liquid Two-Phase Flow

The online detection of liquid flow rate in gas-liquid two-phase has become an important factor ensuring the safe operation gas wells. In this paper, real-time measurement holdup is carried out by analyzing characteristics vibration signals excited impacting on pipe wall. Firstly, acceleration sensing and processing system constructed to obtain Then, pure airflow at different velocities excitation rates are tested, respectively, time-frequency analysis based STFT implemented. practice shows following: firstly, frequency band 6.5−15 Hz identified as characteristic flow. Secondly, positively correlated with energy its band. Thirdly, a mathematical model relationship between constructed. Finally, error within 10%. This research method laid good foundation for subsequent parameters each phase gas-solid-liquid complex multiphase fluids, it certain application promotion value.
